“I don’t think I could love you so much if you had nothing to complain of and nothing to regret. I don’t like people who have never fallen or stumbled. Their virtue is lifeless and of little value. Life hasn’t revealed its beauty to them.”
– Boris Pasternak, Doctor Zhivago
LOVE! Did you ever see the movie or read the book (probably!)?
I learned to play “Lara’s Theme/Somewhere My Love” on the piano when I was like 9 😉

Both 😉 My mom would play that on the piano when I was young. I later played it by ear after listening and watching her hands for so long. I never learned to read music. At least not in the conventional way.

Oh, I love that your mom played this. It was such a flowy song – what a sweet story 🙂

Shhhh don’t tell anyone, but I also have a jewelry box with a spinning balerina when you open the lid that dances to this song. ❤
