“Over the Rainbow” by Eva Cassidy

Someday I’ll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
That’s where you’ll find me Somewhere over the rainbow
Bluebirds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then oh why can’t I?

    1. She sure did, Guap. She’s the one who introduced me to (the music of) EmmyLou, Lyle, Sade, Eva, George Benson, Linda Ronstadt, and on and on.

Still remember the first Lyle song she played for me… “You can have the girl, but don’t touch my hat!”
