“I hope that whoever you are, you escape this place. I hope that the world turns and that things get better. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that even though I do not know you, and even though I may never meet you, laugh with you, cry with you, or kiss you. I love you. With all my heart, I love you.”
– Alan Moore, V for Vendetta
I so enjoy these daily emails. I have one I’d like to share, but I don’t know the author. Maybe you will.
“Remember,
the tide recedes, but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land.
The music stops, yet it echoes on in sweet refrains.
For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains.”

Hi Susan, So grateful for your comment, always nice to get surprise comments from friends and readers.
Such a sweet piece you shared, thank you. I can’t seem to find a source, other than the very famous Anonymous…BUT…I have one — a classic by Shelley — that it reminds me of. I have something special lined up for tomorrow, but I’ll run your selection with the Shelley piece on Thursday.
Thanks again for the note and suggestion! ❤️Christy
